We are a well-established and expanding engineering firm looking for a skilled MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our experienced workshop team. If you take pride in delivering precise craftsmanship and enjoy working in a collaborative, quality-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Role Overview**:

- Fabricate and assemble custom components and small batch products
- Operate various workshop machinery (experience with Press Brakes is preferred)
- Accurately fit and assemble parts based on technical drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, maintaining detailed job records
- Assist with prototype builds and contribute to new design development
- NVQ Level 2 in Welding or equivalent practical experience
- Strong fabrication skills and general workshop knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to read technical drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)
