**Maintenance Scheduler £25,000 - £28,000**

**Based in Chiswick ( Parking available)**

A very well-established Property Maintenance company based in Chiswick, is looking to recruit a Maintenance Scheduler The role is to support the Head of Maintenance with daily admin duties and to provide customer service support to tenants, coordinatingand booking in general maintenance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving all new job or quote requests, raising them on our bespoke computer system 'Service Manager' and organising appointments with our clients based on job type and location
- Responding to queries from clients
- Ordering materials in advance of works taking place when necessary
- Ensuring that all operatives time is fully utilised and travelling kept to a minimum
- Completing daily any follow up actions needed on the 'works manager' system, for example chasing materials or booking further appointments
- Dealing with day-to-day issues that may arise such as arranging emergency works, re-arranging appointments if needed, no access issues, operative queries
- Raising purchase orders to suppliers
- Liaising with sub-contractors to arrange works
- Continuous monitoring of the productivity of operatives, making amendments to the diary when necessary and managing workload

**Experience and Skills required**:

- Must come from a maintenance admin background or must have scheduled engineers
- MS Office PC literate
- Good telephone manner & personable
- Great customer services skills
