Senior Care and Support Worker

To assist in the management and delivery of a high quality care and support service to older people within the Trust’s retirement communities who have a wide range of care, support and health-care needs.
Our Senior Care and Support Workers (Domiciliary care) ensure our care and support services are delivered smoothly and efficiently and residents/customers are receiving the tailored care and support that they need. They organise the staff rota and possessthe ability to respond quickly to changing needs, often at short notice. This is a challenging and exciting role where you will have a good level of autonomy and encouragement to use your initiative and intuition.
**Salary: £12.82 per hour basic, plus weekend enhancement where applicable.**
Hours: Full-time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week to include alternate weekends.
