**Supporting the NHS out of hours services in Wigan we are looking to recruit a confidant and helpful Service Co-ordinator to join an amazing team for the NHS in Wigan.**
**Not only that they are paying a fantastic salary of £11p/h, an immediate start and the freedom to work across various Medical Hub sites in Wigan.... So you must be a driver.**
**What will you be doing as a NHS Service Co-ordinator?**:

- Delegating the workload to staff across 4 main medical hubs in Wigan
- Being able to change the direction of your day and react to any situation that arises confidently
- Keeping the rotas updated with Reception staff cover for your medical hub sites
- Identifying any situations that could raise issues and ensure back up plans are in place
- Keep the reports up to date and working on excel
- Visiting the other locations and offering advice, help and guidance to all staff on site
**Whats skills and experience will you need as a NHS Service Co-ordinator?**:

- Have a great sense of humour, able to have a laugh and enjoy interacting with other people
- Use your excellent organisational skills to help direct your colleagues
- If your someone who loves going that extra mile and has a calm nature under pressure
- Has worked in a helpdesk, co-ordinator, scheduler, senior administrative or PA role
