- Schedule: 16 hours per week, flexible between 67am and 9:30pm
- Location: Brighton
- Contract Type: Permanent

**About the role**:
Join **LEON**’s vibrant kitchen team where you’ll prepare and cook our delicious menu items to the highest standards, maintain a clean and safe kitchen, and support with stock and food safety checks. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy service periods, and contribute to a positive team culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparing and cooking **LEON**’s delicious menu items to the highest standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Supporting the kitchen team with stock rotation, deliveries, and food safety checks.
- Working efficiently to meet demand during busy service periods.
- Being a team player and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.

**What are we looking for?**

We’re looking for someone who loves food, is eager to learn, and brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Kitchen experience is a bonus, but not essential, as full training is provided. A positive attitude and team spirit are a must
