**Your Role**:

- Provide personalised recommendations and bespoke itineraries with knowledge and charm.
- Secure exclusive bookings—dining, entertainment, transport, and more—with quiet efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs before they are spoken, offering thoughtful touches at every turn.
- Be the heartbeat of the lobby—welcoming, engaging, and always one step ahead.
- Coordinate seamlessly with front desk, food and beverage outlets, bell staff, and guest services to ensure every detail is flawless.
- Valet park with seamingless ease for all guests booked in

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A natural charm, with a deep love of the local scene and refined tastes.
- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or concierge service preferred.
- Impeccable communication skills, a calm demeanour, and unshakeable discretion.
- Well-connected, resourceful, and always in the know.
- Immaculate appearance and a flair for hosting with style.
