Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and investors to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available rental properties through both online and offline channels.
- Viewings and Negotiations: Conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and close deals in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research: Stay informed about the local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork and legal documentation are completed accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a sales or lettings role, preferably.
