That is a permanent, hybrid hire, reporting to the Marketing Manager, based in Kimbolton, PE28 0LF.

The Marketing Executive will:

- Be involved in defining, designing, building, implementing and tracking digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention.
- Work across a full marketing mix to support both the Head of Marketing and the Commercial Director helping to deliver the annual marketing strategy.
- Using Web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) to analyse and improve campaign performance.

Experience and skills:

- Experience across both mobile & web platforms with a minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing execution.
- Experience in creating organic & paid social media content on FB, IG & LinkedIn. That includes a single image, carousel and video content.
- Experience using: Google Analytics, Mailchimp, copywriting.
- Experience in managing budgets and driving strong marketing ROI through effective campaign management.
- An understanding of SEO.

Additional skills:

- with retailers to support the creation and execution of shopper marketing plans.
- Experience in using Prestashop or other e-commerce websites.
- Experience in using Zoomsphere or other scheduling tools.
- Experience using WordPress, Canva.
- Creative thinker with strong organisational skills and be deadline-driven.
