**Responsibilities**:
The role of a Vehicle Technician is pivotal to running a customer-focused retail business and your skills will be used to:

- Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to excellent standards.
- Communicate with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Speak directly with customers on occasion to provide your expert, technical opinion.
- To contribute to the success of the Aftersales function by always maintaining the highest standard of work
- Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
- Inspect vehicle computer and electronic systems to repair, maintain and upgrade.
- Ensure all electronic records are kept correctly and comply with O.E.M. standards
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

**Key Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years experience as a Technician
- O.E.M. Brand Qualifications
- Electric vehicle certification would be an advantage; however not essential
- A willingness to complete further training when required.
- Full, clean driving license (essential).
- Basic set of tools (Brand specific special tools supplied).
- Full UK driving license
