An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced floor/restaurant supervisor to join the newly refurbished N21, The Grand Social, in the heart of Bangor. This role is perfect for an experienced floor/restaurant supervisor, who is excited at the prospect of building the structure, atmosphere and tone of our service from the ground up. The newly renovated spaces will require a slick and warm service across the terrace, ball room and restaurant.

As floor/restaurant supervisor, you will ideally have a background in busy casual and formal dining services and show a genuine passion for the customer experience, food and drink. We envisage the person hired for this position will grow into a management position as the space develops over the next 6 to 9 months.

Working closely with the General Manager, your will develop an efficient, warm service style and all of the structure, training and infrastructure needed to deliver it consistently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
