Part Time Receptionist/administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part Time Reception/Administrator to join our growing team. **About You**
As our receptionist/administrator, at times you will be the first point of contact between our business and its clients. Working alongside another receptionist, the role will require you to offer a five-star service to all our visitors. There will be an admin content to the role as well. You are required to be of outstanding calibre in terms of presentation, poise, academic ability with exceptional organisational and communication skills. Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in the Legal sector although not essential. You will be required to fully understand the requirements of running front of house and will take pride in your reception area.

**About the Role**
Your key duties will include but not be limited to:
- Dealing with the inbound post, opening, scanning on to the system
- Uploading to our document management system and distributing to staff
- Data entry and general administrative duties including photocopying and scanning
- Covering reception over the lunch time period
- Flexibility to cover holiday and sickness within the team
- Answering the telephone in a clear and confident manner
- Taking accurate telephone messages and passing them on promptly
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors and informing relevant people of their arrival
- Ensuring clients’ needs are anticipated and met at all times
- Ensure the reception area is kept clean and tidy
- Ensure meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy and stocked
- Promote a friendly and approachable environment
**Hours: Monday - Friday**
20 hours a week (10.30am - 2.30pm)
