Accounts Receivable Clerk

About the role
Our Head Office in High Wycombe is Recruiting in the Finance Team. We have a fantastic opportunity to join the business as an Accounts Receivable Clerk.

This role will suit someone with previous AR experience and excellent attention to detail.

You will be responsible for
Raising invoices to retailers

Allocating Cash received from retailers through the bank and posting into the in the Oracle system

Generating Direct Debits for collection (not payment)

Keeping bank accounts up to date in order that we collect monies from the correct account

Reversing dishonoured direct debits, to place the unpaid invoices back onto the ledger for collection

Day to day support in the Account Receivable Department, working with the Credit Control Team to ensure all monies received are allocated correctly to the accounts and supporting the AR Processing Supervisor

You will need
Previous experience in a similar role

AR sales ledger experience

Computer literate - specifically Excel

Experience of working in a Retail environment would be highly desirable
