Key Stage 2 Behaviour Mentor

A primary school in North Manchester, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Stage 2 Behaviour Mentor to join their team. The school believe in creating a nurturing, happy and inclusive environment where learning is safe, stimulating and provides challenging, fun and meaningful experiences. They aim to provide opportunities for all of pupils, staff and families to reach their full potential and become lifelong learners and purposeful global citizens.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide individual support for pupils with behavioural issues
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve emotional development
- Provide regular updates to the class teacher and senior leadership team
- Attend and contribute to meetings, training and professional development opportunities
**Requirements**:
- Experience of working with primary aged children, particularly in the area of behaviour and emotional well-being
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and positive attitude
- A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience
- Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
