Parks Lettings has opened an opportunity for a Property Administrator working alongside our Property Management team, managing a portfolio of property for our client landlords. Our focus is to provide exceptional service to our client Landlords whilst ensuring a safe and comfortable home for tenants.

Full training will be provided, therefore no previous experience is necessary for the successful applicant.

This role requires you to visit and report on our clients properties throughout the Brighton and Hove area, assessing the condition of the property and prepare an inventory of furniture and fittings using our online software.

The role may progress into a position within our Property Management team for the person who wishes to progress their skills and knowledge within the Property Sector.
