Synergy Carers are looking to recruit night-time **Care Assistance** for our client based in Newquay; they have a need for skilled workers who can work flexibly in their home and assist with night duties such as turning the service users, administering medication, changing pads as and when needed and all personal care aspects.

We are offering an hourly rate of £14.50 across the entirety of your shift, not just for the time spent with client. In addition to the £14.50 per hour pay rate, you will also accrue paid annual leave.

**General tasks will include**:

- Providing respectful and dignified support to the clients' service user.
- Encouraging service user to achieve the highest possible quality of life that is right for them.
- Providing companionship whilst giving emotional and practical support to the service user and family.
- Assisting service users to participate in any decisions relating to their daily living arrangements.
- Helping service users with day-to-day activities such as: assisting with personal care.
- Promoting independence in the preparation of food and/or at mealtimes.
- Working with other professionals to provide individualised care and development plans.

- Live within or be happy to commute to the care home outside of Newquay
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
