Handy Man

We are a firm of Managing Agents based in Wokingham with a fast-growing portfolio of properties throughout the Thames Valley. Our expansion means we are looking to recruit a further member within our Maintenance team.

This role will require a ‘hands on’ approach to dealing with residents and other contractors.

We encourage our employees to develop their skills by offering to provide training in their chosen area.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

This is a varied role that ensures delivery of top class maintenance solutions to our clients at the Properties under our Management.

The tasks include but are not limited to:

- Brickwork, pointing and slab laying
- Fencing installation and repair
- Painting and decorating
- Gutter repair and replacement
- Soffit and Fascia repairs
- Plastering repairs
- Locks and security upgrades
- Flooring repairs
- Sign installations
- Small project works

**A full clean Drivers license is required.**

A vehicle and competitive salary will be provided, 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays is provided.

**Salary**: Up to £28,000.00 per year
