**Position**:
The company is looking to add an ambitious individual to join the Risk and Insurance team.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Daily reconciliation of trades, cash positions, trade bookings and cash reporting.
- Gain knowledge and understanding of the current reconciliation processes and liaising with brokers.
- Facilitate the margin calls and the communication of cash movements with various teams.
- Understanding & reviewing the terms of all derivatives contracts and accurately record the products in internal systems.
- Monitoring the lifecycle of the trades, ensuring rates are updated and cash settlements are reconciled.
- Ensure internal credit limits and credit insurance limits are in accordance with the Credit Risk Policy.
- Liaise with global front office teams in order to understand their business and perform various risk assessments.
- To take responsibility for your performance and to work together to achieve our organizational goals.
- To attend training courses which are identified as being necessary for the performance of the role.
- To be fully conversant with the Employee Handbook and supporting policies, including Health & Safety legislation and fire and emergency procedures.
- To comply with any reasonable instruction issued by your manager.
