**Job Summary**

A leading property investment and management company based in Glasgow City Centre are seeking to recruit experienced Accounting Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis to become a key member of the Finance Team.

This role requires the strong organisational skills and the ability to collaborate with all colleagues throughout various levels of the business.

**Responsibilities**
- Reconciliation of the service charge accounts across the whole portfolio. This includes consulting with colleagues to review transaction listings, preparing journals and creating templates and certificates and subsequently issuing balancing sums to tenants.
- Compliance checks and supplier management.
- Using our AP system to process supplier invoices and subsequently managing the AP function.
- Management of all utilities, analysing consumption, checking liabilities and contract terms.
- Updating our tracker and processing all utility invoices.
- Processing supplementary tenant charges.
- Become a system ‘guru,’ suggesting improvements to all our existing processes in the Finance department.
- Assisting other members of the finance team with other tasks where required.
- Positive attitude towards routine tasks, confidence, assertiveness and being able to remain calm under pressure.
- Other general office duties as required.
- Used to high volume processing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an Accounts function.
- Property Management System experience.
- Utilities Management experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and well organised.
- Good IT skills and exceptionally good Excel skills in general are a must. Pivot tables and Vlookups are required, Macros and other tools would be very advantageous.

**Salary**: DOE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
