Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our guests. Your role will also involve providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our patrons.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails according to established recipes
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods
- Engage with customers, provide recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Monitor alcohol consumption of customers to prevent over-intoxication

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a Bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and mixology techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
