**We are looking for full time and part time support workers for our new supported living service on Llanelli**

This is a fantastic opportunity to really make a difference to people’s lives and be part of the development of a brand new service.

We have full time and part time vacancies and the positions are open to non drivers.

Cartrefi Cymru are a health and social care provider for adults with learning disabilities. Our new service in Llanelli is for eight adults set across two adjoining properties with a main house and four self-contained flats.

**What we expect from you**:

- A commitment to enabling people to live fulfilled and independent lives both within their homes and the wider community.
- A flexible approach to work and the willingness and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and also sleeping overnight at the service users home
- A full clean valid UK driving license and a car with business insurance, as you will be required to use your car for work purposes.
- Have a commitment to work towards a QCF in Health and Social Care
