**The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Huge Earning Potential**

**Salary: £24k + commission**

**The Company**

My client has a superb track record of training graduates to earn £80k+ within a 2-3 year time frame. They are committed to helping consultants learn how to build their own business within my client’s business. We believe in cultivating a fast learning, openenvironment where the right attitude and work ethic are highly regarded and rewarded.
**The role of a graduate recruitment consultant**:

- Working in a strong sales and customer service environment
- permanent and contract appointments.
- A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a
- high level of telephone sales activity.
- A structured development programme with fast-track progression to working
- directly with clients within 3 months.

**Graduate recruitment consultant requirements**:
Recent graduates who have at least 6 months experience in a commercial environment. You will have ideally graduated have extracurricular achievements (such as taking a role of responsibility in a University society or playing sport to a high level).
- Are you a charismatic, money motivated, hardworking graduate?
- Have you researched the recruitment industry?
- Are you confident and up for a challenge?
- Have you shown resilience in the past?
