Brown Brothers are looking to appoint a Backshift Cooking, Cooling and Special Finish Team Leader. The purpose of this tole is to assist the Backshift Cooking, Cooling and Special Finish Manager in the effective day to day running of the High Risk Cooker Area. To supervise the cooking operation through to cooling as well as roasting and grill operations. Ensuring technical, hygiene and health and safety procedures are being adhered to.

**Responsibilities**:

- Team motivation and supervision
- Monitoring of cookers to ensure all products are cooked to their specific targets
- Monitoring of blast chills to ensure all products are cooled within set parameters
- Carry out roasting and grill operations
- Maintain traceability throughout all stages of cooking, cooling and special finish
- Completion of paperwork associated with the area
- Maintaining high levels of hygiene within the area
- Quality Control
- Chill storage and stock rotation

Hours

2pm-10pm Monday to Friday

salary £10.25 once fully trained.

**Salary**: Up to £10.25 per hour
