Your role will focus on enabling the council to improve the health and wellbeing of our residents through the successful planning, coordination and delivery of projects that focus on physical and mental wellbeing, supporting an ageing population and improving community connectivity and a sense of place across East Hampshire.
You will have experience in carrying out robust research and analysing data to help inform project development and decision making, along with forecasting future trends. You will be skilled in managing projects and overseeing project delivery plans to achieve the target outcomes and meet the needs of our community.
You must be self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and an ability to prioritise your workload, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work in a flexible and collaborative approach across the team and with partners.
