We are recruiting for a hardworking and reliable Gardener, who will be responsible for the up keep of the gardens and communal areas within private residential developments.

**Gardener Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Lawn care and edging.
- Maintain hedging, shrubs and boarders.
- Weed and Moss control.
- Leaf collection, raking and blowing.
- Planting new plants as required.
- Maintain a clean communal area by clearing any litter from the garden and grounds. Occasional bulk item removal

**Gardener Skills and Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the Gardening Trade required.
- Ability to handle a range of gardening machinery and powered hand tools.
- Suitable knowledge of plants and gardening techniques.
- Friendly personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Be able to advise management on any improvements that are required at a development in a cost-effective manner.
- Have a good understanding of Health and Safety rules and legislation around working safely on site.
- Be able to keep an accurate log of day-to-day work at each development.

**Job Type**:

- Full Time, Permanent
- Monday to Friday
- 8am - 4pm
- Overtime occasionally available

**Salary** - From £20,000 per year, Depending on Experience
