Site Supervisor

**Operations Supervisor**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Supervisor will be responsible for**:

- Management of all Utility/Civils/ activities
- Managing Works Gangs
- Oversee, manage and arrange subcontractors & contract labour as required
- Quality checks and contract compliance
- Ensure toolbox talks and new company procedures delivered to the workforce
- Design Verification and client liaison.
- Follow Programme works and set targets with teams to ensure programmes are achieved'
- Client liaison verbal and written
- Recording works and track sheets/ day works as required
- Monthly report reviews with commercial team
- Regular site & photo records taken on site and uploaded
- Promote cost saving and increased productivity through initiatives and value engineering

**Requirements**:

- Previous Water Utility Experience is essential
- Local Knowledge of Networks and Local Authorities
- EUSR - Water Hygiene and SHEA Water Card
- Previous Experience in a similar role (5 years + desirable)
- SSSTS qualified, Trade Qualification or Experienced in a relevant field.
- NRSWA Supervisor Card
