The Person

In order to be successful, you will need to have a track record of working within a customer service/Sales environment. You should be confident working within a team and have high organisational skills. Strong written communication skills are important forthis role, as is the ability to work positively in a team-based environment.

**The Role**

The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting to deliver the long-term strategy of my client - to build sustainable & profitable growth, to be part of a great company to do business with and a great place to work. The role will play an integralpart in enabling the efficient processing and co-ordination of customer service related activity to ensure existing customer review industry leading levels of care and attention.
