**Clinical Skills Trainer**
- Up to £40K
- Monday to Friday
- Night / day shifts

I am looking on behalf of my excellent client for an experience clinical skills trainer / care home trainer who will work alongside the Care home manager, Regional managers to provide excellent training across their homes in the North West.

**Roles and responsibilities of the Clinical Skills Trainer -**
- To ensure all mandatory and required training is provided across all staff
- To ensure CQC regulations are met
- Creating diverse training programes to assist staff
- Helping to review, create and implement training to support staff and help to develop their career and skills

**Requirements and qualifications needed of the Clinical trainer -**
- Excellent CQC knowledge
- Active PIN
- Experience as a RGN, RMN, Clinical Lead, Deputy Nurse Manager, Nursing Home Manager etc
- Fantastic safeguarding knowledge and understanding
- Preferably a teaching or training qualification
- UK Driver’s license
- Willing to travel across Lancashire / Merseyside

RGN, RMN, CLINICAL LEAD, DEPUTY NURSE MANAGER, CLINICAL TRAINER, SKILLS TRAINER, CARE HOME TRAINER, NURSING HOME MANAGER, NURSE MANAGER, NURSE UNIT MANAGER

**Salary**: Up to £40,000.00 per year

- Spinal Injury: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Worker: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
