**Lead a team to deliver a first-class service**

As a Warehouse Leader you will develop, coordinate and lead all Warehouse, material and logistic activity within the region. You will support the material manager in their task to support the business delivering for our customer. The purpose of the role is to build and lead the inventory structure, ensure a complete plan and control for the entire region in accordance with the material management strategy.

As a Warehouse Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Managing 10 Warehouse buildings across two sites (Aberdeen & Montrose), working across multiple product lines.
- Leading a team of 10+ employees, leading and guiding the team to plan and monitor activities to support and execute effectively.
- Leading effective Warehouse and Planning team with aligned competency, training, and capacity to meet business and customer requirements.
- Monitoring KPI's to analyse and measure performance to propose improvements and action plans.
- Taking ownership of all activities within the Planning and Warehouse operations to ensure our products and services meet business and customer requirements.
- Analysing incoming demand - identifies order exceptions, misalignment with product rationalization strategy and opportunities to utilize existing inventory.
- Following and implementing all accounting/regulation activity related to inventory.
- Adopting best-practice guidelines and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and Global teams to align and support execution deliverables while sharing lessons learned.

- Show experience of leading, mentoring, and motivating teams within an operational and matrix environment.
- Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
