Rack & Shelf Labels (UK) Limited is a small business in Warrington. We were established in 2006 and strive to provide the best service and advice to our customers in the Warehousing and Distribution sector.
We have a small and friendly team and value to people who work for us.
We are looking for an independent and experienced administrator to work part-time in our small team, the role is new role due to company growth.
We are a friendly team and can offer a job with variety and development.
**Duties**:
- Raising, picking, packing and dispatching on-line store orders
- Dealing with suppliers, raising Purchase Orders
- Monitoring stock - checking levels of stock, updating the stock system and ordering new stock when required
- Tracking deliveries and sending PODs
- Compiling quotes for stock item orders
- Answering the telephone and dealing with queries
- Calling customers to follow up on samples, enquiries and quotations
- Liaising with the Production department regarding job progress and deliveries
We are looking for someone who has previous administration experience, a stable career history and strong communication skills.
We are looking for approximately 18 hours a week, spilt over 3-4 days, we are happy to discuss the days and hours during the interview process. Additional hours during holidays will be required.
Salary - £10.42 - £11.00 per hour (£20,319 - £21, 450 FTE)
