Providing Administration and Secretarial to the Senior Management team and to support other colleagues in the department.
**Responsibilities will include**:
Liaise and communicate effectively with all members of the team
Track and record all information
Attend and take accurate notes at internal meetings and, issue typed-up notes
Assist the SHE Administrator, including setting up of Health and Safety files
Assist in reviewing company records and store recycling records centrally on the network
File and archive all documentation in accordance with ISO procedures
Proof-read all work for spelling and accuracy prior to issue
Database management
Producing H&S reports and chasing for missing paperwork
**Other Duties**
To know and understand the requirements of the ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001 quality standards
Assisting the team and other members of staff with preparing any presentations, as requested
Field incoming queries including those from clients and other external contact
Ensure holiday records are signed off by Administration Manager/Administration Supervisor prior to booking leave
Provide cover/assistance for colleagues, when requested to do so, including reception and helping with drinks for meetings at busy times
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with 45 minutes for lunch
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
