Our team based in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire aim to meet the needs of clients by providing refurbishment works as well as maintenance to commercial properties. We are accredited to carry out fire door installation and maintenance works through the BM Trada Scheme and hold the following: ISO9001, ISO14001, ConstructionOnline, CHAS, SMAS, SafeContractor and FENSA.

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
The Fire Door Maintainer and Installer will be expected to carry out work on construction projects and maintenance in construction buildings across Scotland to a high quality standard. You will report directly to the Contracts Manager who will assign your workload. Previous experience with installing and maintaining fire doors would be desirable. A driving license is essential.

**Experience**
- 7 Years minimum joinery experience following completion of apprenticeship
- Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly processes is highly desirable
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to construction work
- A strong understanding of health and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Experience of working with fire doors is essential
- Understanding of the BM Trada Scheme requirements in deseriable
- Require a UK driving license.

Expected hours: 39 per week
