**Renewable Energy Consultants**

**Regen Renewables is a rising star in the domestic renewable energy market - a massive growth area in its own right. With many years of experience, knowledge and success, along with our enviable accreditations and customer satisfaction, we are targeting considerable growth over the next 12 months that will position us as the market leader in our field.**

**We are looking for intelligent, motivated and driven sales consultants to join our expanding team to cover areas around Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, East Anglia and more.**

In the role, you will be responsible for guiding and advising homeowners on the considerable benefits of air source heat pumps and solar PV battery systems. You will be provided with fully qualified appointments, engaging customers in the comfort of their own homes and offering them market leading technologies.

You will be encouraged from day one to think on your feet, adapt and adopt successful practices. You will receive comprehensive support as well as ongoing training from across the organisation to give you the tools and knowledge to be successful.

The role is offered on a self-employed basis, with three months’ initial financial support along with the potential to earn exceptional levels of commission. After successfully completing a six-month probation period, we also offer management pathways for those that want to develop with an expanding company.
- A self-starter happy to work independently with motivation as well as with the wider team to support clients and the overall business objectives.
- Ability to engage confidently with people on all levels and from a range of demographics. A positive demeanour, approachability and empathy are all traits that will serve you well.
- An articulate communicator with problem solving abilities and customer focus at the heart of your approach.
- Resourceful and willing to learn, you will be dynamic, professional, and always have the best interests of the clients in mind.

You will have:

- Experience is NOT necessary, but high-level communication skills are essential.
- A proven track record of securing business in previous sales roles is advantageous.
- You will need a reliable car and a valid driving license.
- Generous uncapped commission structure
- Year 1 OTE of £50,000 - £100,000
- Financial assistance payments
- Monday-Friday working week
- Regular performance appraisals
- Ongoing training & support
- Due to the nature of the work a basic DBS will need to be completed if successful._
