Goods inwards and Distribution o Responsible for working with Procurement & Purchasing Officer to develop a new process for goods in, collaborating with Helpdesk, Logistics and Security to adapt and improve the goods inwards process to further support all departments. Stock Management o Responsible for maintaining stock levels in stores, ensuring accurate record keeping is developed and maintained. o Building a new process with the support of the Procurement Lead in respect of the Shops stock management system for cleaning and stationery materials to make efficiencies o Ensure stocks are stored and handled appropriately and correctly rotated. o Maintain accurate records on-line of stock levels and receipting stock orders as required o Keeping stock records and pricing updated.
- Making deliveries across site as required if Logistics are unavailable o Providing reciprocal support to the logistics team as required to cover annual leave/sickness o Other duties as directed/required by Procurement and Purchasing Officer or Head of Department for ad hoc duties ie bed extensions (training to be provided). Procurement o Placing orders with suppliers as required for stationery, NHS orders, uniforms etc o Working with the Procurement Team to ensure pricing on goods remain competitive o Regularly reviewing all Purchase Orders as required to ensure accuracy o Assisting on reviewing key, preferred suppliers to ensure value for money Professionalism o Takes action and raises concerns. o Adhere to the policies and procedures of The Childrens Trust. o Maintain professional boundaries and professionalism at all times.

Health and Safety Adheres to all Health and Safety guidelines, principles, and regulations to perform your role and comply with The Childrens Trust policies and procedures. Provide evidence of all vaccinations (or medical exemption) required for the post. Adhere to manual handling procedures and complete mandatory manual handling training.
Promotes the health and safety of others. Uses the incident reporting and risk assessment system (IRAR), to identify and report risks and incidents/actions if directed. Responsible for identifying and mitigating risk within the work environment. Wellbeing and Emotional Resilience Maintains a positive approach and outlook when dealing with change and overcoming challenges and problems.
Recognises own limitations, develops realistic goals, and uses support network resource when or if necessary. Treats challenges and problems as a learning experience. Remains organised and focused when under pressure. Responds appropriately and effectively to all constructive feedback.
