**Are you an experienced Legal Cashier?**

**Are you looking to step away from full time work and into a more flexible part time role?**

Our client, one of Kent's leading law firms, are seeking an experienced legal cashier to join their cashiering team, to ensure that financial compliance is met to a suitable standard in line with SRA accounts rules. Liaising with fee earners, secretaries,and senior cashiers to maximise cooperation and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To assist in the identification of residual balances and returning them to the correct party
- Ensuring that funds being paid to charity are in line with the SRA Accounts Rules and internal policies are being met
- To work with the Head Cashier in identifying potential client to office transfers, and maintain the Central Register for client funds
- Maintain the data integrity in the practice management system by assisting the Finance Operations Manager with various tasks
- Experience working as a Legal Cashier
- Self-motivated, able to manage your own caseload and work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
