**Experienced Housekeeping Assistant**

**Location**: Westville Hotel, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh

**SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**:
To be responsible for cleaning and tidying the hotel and apartments bedrooms & public areas.

**Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities**:

- To offer the highest level of guest service in accommodation and all areas ensuring the agreed standard are achieved at all times.
- Complete the domestic work required, including changing the bedclothes and cleaning and replenishing the bathroom.
- Preparing bedrooms in the minimum length of time whilst respecting internal hotel procedures.
- To ensure that cleanliness of bedrooms, public corridor, guest toilets, reception, restaurant, bar and function room are maintained to the agreed high standards.
- To ensure accommodation stores are kept clean, tidy and organised and a systematic work method is in place.
- To ensure that any maintenance issues /defaults are reported and dealt with in a prompt manner causing little or no disruption to guest (s).
- To offer the highest level of Guest Care Service in accordance to agreed standards.
- To attend hotel and departmental meetings as and when required, ensuring effective communication at all levels.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
