Purpose

To support the procurement team in the day-to-day purchasing of products and materials, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and supplier reliability. This Job also includes supporting the accounts team, filing invoices and chasing payments

Key Responsibilities
- **Assist with raising purchase orders, ensuring specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules are accurate.**
- **Ensure that all shipments have been made & invoices sent**
- **Coordinate with suppliers to manage order confirmations, lead times, and shipment tracking.**
- **Build and maintain strong supplier relationships using the in-house system.**
- **Ensure all procurement documentation is accurate and compliant.**
- **Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to meet customer expectations.**
- **Provide general support including scheduling, records, and reports.**
- **Assist in preparing supplier performance and procurement reports.**

Skills & Qualities
- **Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.**
- **Able to work independently and within a team.**
- **Comfortable using procurement systems and spreadsheets.**
- **Proactive and eager to learn.**

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
