Positive Steps Care & Support Ltd are looking for experienced support worker's in Camborne, with passion and commitment in providing person centred care to join our outstanding organisation to support a young lady in her family home.

We are looking for experienced support workers who are motivated and reliable with the passion for providing support to a lady with a learning disability within her own home.

The Shift pattern for this role is Monday to Sunday, daytime hours and Sleep In shifts, with a flexible working pattern.

**_Requirements for the position: _**
⦁ A full clean driving licence is preferred.
⦁ A minimum of 6 months health and social care experience is required for this role, preferably with specific knowledge and familiarity of Autism, however transferable skills and personal experience will be considered.

⦁ You will have a dedicated care manager and access to our 24 hour On-call service with ongoing training and supervision. There are friendly and knowledgeable staff in head office who are always happy to assist.
