Due to retirement of the current postholder, Uffculme Primary School is looking for a caretaker to join our busy site team. Applicants should have a good knowledge of maintenance, be self-motivated and be prepared to turn their hand to the repairs, emergencies and events that occur on a daily basis.

The role will involve split shift work, with a usual working pattern of 7-10am and 4-6pm daily. Ideally, you will live within 20 minutes of the school for call-out and emergency purposes.

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £18,844.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cullompton, EX15 3AY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
