The ONE Group are working with a very friendly Cambridge based company to recruit for an **Equipment Technician**. They require someone to provide hands-on support to ensure their lab and cleanroom equipment operates reliably and safely. Also, to help out with the site facility maintenance.

This is a hands-on position where you will collaborate with the wider engineering team. You will have the opportunity to make some important contributions to the company and their astonishing products It's a very welcoming company, where people tend tostay for many years.

**The Role**:

- Main contact for lab and cleanroom equipment
- Respond efficiently to breakdowns
- Schedule and carry out PPM
- Liaise with external contractors
- Continuous improvement
- Keep essential spares well stocked and re-order when needed
- Occasional site and building maintenance and repair

**About You**:

- Ideally a recognised electrical/mechanical qualification
- Good working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Able to diagnose faults
- IT proficient
- Experience working in a lab/cleanroom would be highly desirable
- Forklift truck experience would be useful
