As a Barclays Technical Security Project Manager, you will be assisting in the development and implementation of the Barclays Technical Security Strategy and managing complex, concurrent, technical security projects from conception to delivery across thebusiness. You will also plan and oversee the delivery of concurrent, complex, technical security projects.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Knowledge of the total project life cycle, from project conception stage, through all of the operational stages to completion and post-project review
- Tracking record of managing multiple, simultaneous and complex, projects across a large global organization
- Managing the flow of project information between the team and client, through regular meetings and written communications
- Assisting the Barclays controls teams to manage the effective remediation and closure of open risks, dispensations, waiver and breaches that present a risk to the bank
- Engaging at a technical level and influence Architecture design to assist Physical Security systems
- Managing and assisting Legal, Privacy and Compliance teams with all aspects of Physical Security delivery at Enterprise level
- Conducting privacy impact assessments and resilience classification for all related Physical Security Systems
- Designing and manage build of standardised server infrastructure to roll out new systems globally
**What we're looking for**:

- Knowledge of delivering technical security projects, particularity CCTV and EACS within a large, global, organisation, preferably within Financial Services
- Experience working with teams in multiple time-zones, with complex and ever changing priorities with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven experience and demonstrated knowledge of working with Service First, CCTV / VMS, Genetec and AXIS systems
- Track record of establishing and driving the delivery of large-scale, complex technical security projects on time and within budget managing senior stakeholders, vendors
**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Proven track record of working in the technology sector and managing Physical Security, access control and CCTV projects, preferably within the Financial Services
- Ability to manage complex, demanding tasks simultaneously, with frequently changing priorities
- Knowledge of network architecture at an Enterprise level with the ability to chair and execute meetings with key stakeholders
**Where will you be working?**
You will be based in Radbroke, Knutsford. The Barclays Technology Campus just outside Manchester is our tech command centre and a vital strategic powerhouse behind our global operations. The campus is set in a 64 acre self-contained site, in a beautiful greenenvironment and it offers unrivalled facilities for work and for play.
