You will need to have experience of delivering in a similar role and hold an assessor qualification, D32/33, A1 or L&D9I

About the role

You will be:

- Visiting individuals in their work place using your vocational experience and knowledge to teach and support learners achieve their apprenticeship and training to deliver assessment, teaching and learning and guidance to help learners achieve their apprenticeship
- Marketing for further business and bringing in at least 2 new starts per month
- Managing the E-Portfolio; experience of the OneFile System is preferred but not necessary

About you

We are looking for:

- Current and relevant vocational experience in Retail and or Warehousing
- Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines

Quality driven, excellent attention to detail and with a reputation for going the ‘extra mile’ for your learners

A confident, engaging professional, you will be able to inspire and motivate people on a group and individual level
- An outstanding communicator who is able to effectively organise and prioritise their workload
- you should own your own car and have business insurance

This role offers:

- This position is based on a freelance basis; however, PAYE can be arranged if required
