Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation NHS Trust (LPFT) is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies site (IAPT). An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner within the steps2change IAPT Service in Grantham and Sleaford. The Service provides evidence based interventions within a stepped care model, treating people with mild to moderate common mental health problem. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a major national initiative, which has fundamentally changed the way in which psychological treatments are provided.

Regular management and clinical supervision will be provided by qualified supervisors. The service has a strong commitment towards CPD, staff wellbeing and providing quality services. There will also be the expectation of working a late once a week, 12 - 8pm to support patient needs.
