Rmg digital are looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team. We’re a niche digital recruitment agency based in Wiltshire. We currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA and service these from our office in Swindon.

rmg digital has become a recognised name and brand in the industry, in the last 12 months we've not only increased our profits, but we've had a huge increase in client demand so are now looking to expand the markets we operate in and build out our US desk

**The Role**

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous sales experience who is looking for their first recruitment role - we’ll provide you with world-class training and give you the tools you need to be a success.

As you'll be working with clients in the US, you must be able to be flexible with your working hours to align with the time zones of the clients you're working with.
