**What are we looking for**

We have an opportunity for a General Operative, where you will support the Lead Stack Assembly Technician and team of Assembly Technicians in daily activities within the Stack Assembly department. This department is responsible for handling and preparing components of the core technology in our electrolyser.

**Responsibilities**
- Operation of an Automated ultra-sonic cleaning machine
- Picking and kitting parts (Materials control)
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment
- Carrying out pre-user checks on equipment
- Working as part of team
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Keeping work place clean and tidy
- Ensuring work procedures are maintained and up to date
- Undertake any training outlined by ITM

**About You**

**Knowledge and Experience**
- Experience of working in a manufacturing / engineering environment and working with machinery
- Basic qualifications in mathematics, science and /or a relevant apprenticeship preferred
- 5S in the work place
- Manual handling
- First Aid
- Fire Marshall

**Skills and Abilities**
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer literate with use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Working with machinery
- Experience of working with conflicting deadlines
