We have an exciting opportunity for an assistant to join the Golf team on a full-time basis.

**Full training will be made available to the right applicant**

Golf must be a key interest with a desire to make it your career.

**Key Responsibilities and requirements**:

- Provide customer service that meets all expectation’s when checking in members and visitors.
- Perform check-in and receive payments from members and guests.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work alone and within a team
- To advise as required on the sale of Golf equipment in the retail shop
- Maintain a clean, orderly and well-stocked golf shop.
- Responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system, for processing purchases, credit card transactions, answering the telephone
- Maintain the pro shop environment by keeping the shop neat and orderly
- Follow set guidelines for opening and closing duties, including cash handling responsibilities and tallying the tee sheet at the end of the day.

**Requirements**:Correct attitude, Basic maths skills, the ability to write and communicate clearly

Experience in handling customer service issues, cash and credit card transactions

Knowledge of golf essential
