**About The Role**:
We are looking for an Administrator and Loan Coordinator to become part of our close knit Theatre team in our Barlborough hospital.

Reporting to the Theatre Manager, you will work as a member of a small administration team to provide a comprehensive administration/receptionist role to the Operating Theatre Department, ensuring that all patients and company representatives are dealt with in a professional/courteous manner. To assist in the clerical function of the unit, working proactively to assist with the smooth running of the Theatre Department.

**The working days/hours for this role would be 7.5 hours per day over 3 days. Days to be discussed at interview.**

**About You**: You will have recent and relevant experience alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to stay calm in difficult circumstances. Just as important though is your flexibility, belief in teamwork and your ability to use your initiative, follow instructions and prioritise a busy workload. Above all, you have a natural ability to help make the lives of others more fulfilling and want to work in an environment where the work can be hard, but also fun and rewarding.
