Café Supervisor

We are Crema, a busy local medium size modern cafe in Lisburn city centre. We believe we are the best in class in the area serving great tasting coffee and Instagramable food in a modern styled environment. We pride ourselves with providing first class customer service and strive to provide customers with a ambient and clean eating/ drinking environment. We currently employ 25 staff. We are looking to an additional duty supervisor or manager to help with front of house.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a restaurant/ cafe environment, who has worked with coffee and is quite experienced with managing people from front of house to kitchen staff. Good at implementing processes with view for improvement within a busy team environment. Good level of knowledge of food handling safety.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS.

Ideally the individual has a passion for coffee. Coffee experience essential.

The individual must be customer centric, aim for best in class in everything we do, be flexible, friendly, courteous and approachable.

Be able to communicate to all customers and staff ensuring customers orders are correct, food quality is 100% and go out in a timely fashion.
