Our experience includes working with globally renowned events such as the Rugby World Cup, Champions League Final, London 2012 Olympics, Premiership Football and Rugby, Championship Football, and leading music festivals and concerts.

**The Role**:
We are looking for dependable and customer-oriented individuals to join our team in Rotherham as **Event Gatekeepers at the Aesseal New York Stadium.** You will play a key role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and positive experience of the match day events. This is a casual, flexible position, with evening and weekend shifts tailored to meet event demands.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Direct vehicles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow within the car park.
- Assist customers with queries and provide excellent service.
- Monitor and enforce car park rules and regulations.
- Respond to incidents or emergencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records of car park usage and revenue.
- Serve as a point of contact for the public.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
