**Senior Recruitment Consultant - Software Engineering**

Altrincham _(flexible working)_
- Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 - OTE £75,000 - £100,000_
- Commission - up to 30% commission with quarterly bonuses for consistent performance_

Arrows Group is looking for experienced recruitment consultants to join our brand new and expanding Manchester office. We only just set up the office in May and our consultants have already managed to make a number of successful placements. From the Manchester office we are going to expand into the US market next year.

You will be joining the team at a really exciting time where growth is currently rapid but you will also benefit from being part of Arrows Group which has been operating since 2003 and has an established name within the technology space.

We operate at mid to senior level fulfilment with our core capabilities in niche staffing, Statement of Work and embedded onsite talent management. The role of a Senior Recruitment Consultant:
Reporting into the Divisional Director, you will be coming in as an experienced member of the team so, as well as driving your own business and portfolio forward through a blend of business development and account nurturing, you will provide industry insight to your network and act to influence junior members of the team to do the same. We have an office in London and one in Amsterdam, along with clients currently engaged across the UK, Netherlands and Germany. This will therefore offer you a good base when joining our company to bill with our existing clients as we continue to build our Software Engineering desks. With this being one of our core markets, you will be joining a team of skilled and successful recruiters who are all working towards growing our market share in this sector.

What are we looking for?
- At least 1 / 2 years recruitment experience in recruitment, ideally within an area of software engineering
- Evidence of consistent billing within technology recruitment
- Proven experience building and developing client portfolios and winning business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
