Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant. The Assistant will provide administrative support and assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the parts department.

**Duties**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets
- Handling parts enquiries and orders
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Safe storage of parts
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness
- Support other team members as needed

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Salary dependant upon skills and experience.

**Salary**: £14,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
